So we came here a few months back and everything was horrible. Service, food, and ambiance. My son pleaded with me to take them for my wife's birthday. Amazing how a few months can change things. Our server Robin! Incredible! Just an amazing person. The food was really good and the chef thought my son's shrimp scampi was dry so he personally bought out another plate to compensate. You guys won back a customer who walked away after 30 plus years of dining with Red Lobster.
Excellent food and great service! I ordered the lobster duo and it was delicious and the food came out fast and was cooked perfectly.
My wife and i enjoyed our meal at Red Lobster in Greensboro. The service was really good, the food was delicious also. My wife and I got different combinations of the same meals. So between us we had popcorn shrimp, grille shrimp, and shrimp linguine Alfredo. Parking was easy and I was glad to see the restaurant more crowded for a change
We went in for a late lunch. It was mostly empty. Sarah was our server. She was very attentive and pleasant. I tried the lobster flatbread and really enjoyed it. Mom loved her stuffed flounder dish, which had a generous portion to allow for leftovers.
three stars is crazy to say. i give it credit, my food tastes wonderful, it was hot and very yummy, I appreciated them & very good hospitality here. I dinged a star because my broccoli was watery but other than that great flavor and the new crab mac and cheese PHEW BABY.
I always loved Red Lobster! Took myself out for date night and the meal did not disappoint. I ordered the lobster tail and shrimp plate. The lobster tail seemed to be a bit over cooked however, it was seasoned well so I overlooked that. The shrimp was delicious. The pasta had shrimp and lobster. Seemed like the lobster in the pasta was cooked better than the tail. Because it was a holiday weekend, there was a 20 minute wait so I sat at the bar. Great service, good food, good drinks. No complaints. And of course I took some cheddar biscuits home!!
